Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of our company to deliver service excellence through our quality of work, value for money and commitment to putting our customers first. To this end, the company shall establish clear objectives to ensure that all contracts are carried out on time and to budget and that the company’s customers receive, at all times, the quality of service to which they are entitled.

To support this policy we have established a Quality Management System. The Quality Manager, who shall have the full backing of the Managing Director, shall administer the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.

To enhance customer satisfaction, and meet the commercial objectives of the company, it is the intention of management to continually review and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s quality management system.

It is the Quality Manager’s responsibility to ensure that the requirements of Company manuals and procedures are communicated effectively to, and are fully understood by, members of staff and are complied with at all times. If, for any reason, problems arise which the Quality Manager cannot resolve, they shall be brought to the attention of the Managing Director for resolution.
